Consultancy (New Globe Education – Pakistan)
Educational reform in Pakistan through evidence-based pedagogy, data-driven decision-making, and government-collaborative system delivery. Responsibilities include advising on proven teaching methods, leading teacher development, and ensuring curricula align with research-backed practices; developing real-time dashboards to identify priority improvements and translate insights into policy and classroom interventions; partnering with government to move reforms from plan to practice and coordinating cross-functional teams; and building scalable, multi-stakeholder collaborations with local governments and institutions.
Selected impact includes improved alignment of instructional practices with evidence-based standards, enhanced data-informed decision-making across partner systems, and strengthened government collaboration toward measurable learning outcomes.


Digital Skills Training Program – HerNext Initiative
Digital skills training initiative implemented to support women’s participation in the technology sector under the HerNext – 1000 Next Tech Women initiative. The program delivered training through on-site sessions, online classes, mentorship, and practical project development.

INSAAF WATCH
The Green Draft Consultancy in collaboration with the federal MOL&J, Group Development Pakistan and the honorable presidency initiated the INSAAF Watch program to create an environment conducive to women and girls’ exercise of the law through indiscriminate legislation and its increased consciousness, in accordance with constitutional and international human rights principles.

GBV COURTS – Gaps Analysis
The report commissioned by the Group Development Pakistan on behalf of the Ministry of Law assesses the efficacy of selected specialized Gender-Based Violence courts within Pakistan, including with comparison, to other specialized courts established internationally.
Rule of law index – Analysis of Pakistan’s performance
The World Justice Project Rule of Law Index is the world’s leading source for original, independent data on the rule of law. It gathers and analyzes data from over 128 countries; Pakistan’s ranking declined from 117th in 2019 to 120th in 2020 with a total score 0.39.
